Editorial Advisory Board

The Karsaz Journal of Applied Innovation in Science & Engineering (KJAISE) is supported by an Editorial Advisory Board (EAB) comprising distinguished experts from diverse fields of science, engineering, and technology. The Editorial Advisory Board provides strategic guidance and expert advice to the editorial team, with the primary objective of enhancing the journal’s quality, reputation, and impact.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Guidance

  • Defining the Journal’s Scope and Focus: The EAB helps define the journal’s scope and focus, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful within its academic fields.
  • Target Audience and Readership: Identifying the Journal’s target audience and readership to ensure that published content meets academic interests and needs.
  • Long-Term Goals and Strategies: Contributing to the development of the journal’s long-term goals and strategic directions to support its continuous growth.

 

2. Content Evaluation

  • Quality and Relevance: Assessing the quality and relevance of submitted manuscripts to ensure that they meet the journal’s editorial standards.
  • Reviewer Recommendations: Recommending qualified reviewers to support a fair, thorough, and rigorous peer-review process.
  • Feedback on Published Content: Providing constructive feedback on the quality of the journal’s published content to support the continuous maintenance of editorial standards.

 

3. Trend Identification

  • Emerging Trends and Research Areas: Identifying emerging trends and developing research areas to help ensure the journal remains current and relevant within its academic fields.
  • Special Issues and Thematic Collections: Suggesting topics for special issues or thematic collections that reflects emerging areas research and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration.

 

4. Journal Enhancement

  • Visibility and Impact: Supporting initiatives that enhance the journal’s visibility and academic impact by promoting it within the scholarly community and beyond.
  • High-Quality Submissions: Encouraging the submission of high-quality manuscripts from researchers and practitioners across relevant fields.
  • Academic Community Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships within the academic community to support the journal’s reputation and continued development.

 

5. Ethical Standards

  • Publication Ethics and Integrity: Promoting adherence to publication ethics and maintaining the integrity of the research and publication process.
  • Transparency and Accountability: Promoting transparency and accountability throughout all stages of the publication process.

 

6. Review Process

  • Expert Opinions: Assisting in the peer-review process by providing expert advice and informed opinions on submitted manuscripts.
  • Dispute Resolution: Assisting in the resolution of disputes or concerns related to submitted manuscripts to ensure a fair, imperial, and transparent review process.
